In addition, according to the NetDoctor, “studies have found that a regular yoga routine can increase happiness and emotional strength.”

Not only does this studio provide a full body intense workout but they combine different disciplines such as barre and yoga. These workouts are great to help you become well rounded in your fitness as they challenge your strength, flexibility, and agility. These exercises are meant to help sculpt and build your muscles from head to toe. With The Dailey Method offering a variety of classes including barre, The American Heart Association has stated previously “that your health, lungs, and circulatory system stay healthy when endurance activity, like barre, is incorporated into your routine.”
